Statement of liability

All products supplied by re-ply designs are supplied on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular good. That condition supersedes any conflicting term submitted to us and all other liability whether statutory or otherwise is excluded.

Product Information

All lead-times will vary and will be stated under each product description. Please note that this is an estimated lead-time. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays. You will be contacted when your piece is ready to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change.

Payment terms

Business is conducted on a pro-forma basis. Once order is received a pro-forma invoice will be issued for total of goods plus shipping. Pro-forma invoices must be paid fully before goods are delivered.

Delivery

A full delivery address must be given when the order is placed. Delivery will be direct to the customer. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays in delivery once a date has been arranged.

It is the buyers responsibility to check for any damages to packing materials and product before excepting delivery of the products, and to report any damage by delivery company within 48 hours. In the unlikely event that there is any damage, please DO NOT accept delivery, DO NOT sign the delivery sheet, instead ask the driver for a damaged freight report which will need your signature.

After Sales Care

Please remember that all wood moves. The environment your piece of furniture is to be placed in needs to be stable, not too hot or too damp. Do not place furniture next to a direct heat source. Please also remember that all wood darkens over time and exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided.

Avoid using silicon based polishes on all furniture as they can damage the finished surface. To maintain a superior finish, a clear finishing wax can be applied.

Cancellations

As all products are made to order cancellations can only occur if the cancellation is made prior to commencement of construction. Any cancellations made after commencement of construction will be subject to a maximum 50% refund.

Returns

Returns cannot be accepted unless by prior agreement. Returns of re-ply products will only be excepted where products are found to be faulty or damaged on receipt of products. It is the buyer's responsibility to check for faults prior to signing for the products on delivery.
